Boston

Jordan had a conference last week in Boston. Since I stay home with Jackson now I was able to go with him. Even better is that my best friend Erin lives there now with her husband Kasey, so we had a whole week to play and catch up!
They live in a really cute little beach town too. They are so close to the beach so we went for a walk one day, went shopping, met Kasey and Jordan in the city for lunch, and just had a great time together.

Jackson just loves his Aunt Erin and Uncle Kasey. They are having a baby boy in March and they let Jackson wear there babies cute hat.

Mommy and Jackson getting ready to go pick up daddy.

Me, Erin, and Jackson. Erin is so cute pregnant too.

Here we are in Boston at the Christmas tree. It was huge. I have no idea how they got it in the middle of so many buildings. I think it is as big as the National Christmas tree in D.C.

Kasey and Erin

All of us at Mike's Pastry's. Erin and Kasey took us out for a night on the town. We went to a cute little Italian restaurant and then after dessert here. I don't know if you can see how HUGE our pieces of cheesecakes are. It was divine. I still think about this place.

This was outside where we had dinner.

Here is my cute little family...well you can't see Jackson. He was sleeping in the stroller and I was not about to wake him up.

We had such a great time visiting Boston. Thanks again Erin and Kasey for a wonderful trip! We already miss you!

Jackson is 11 weeks and my 100th post!

Well first off a pat on the back to me! This is my 100th post. It only took me um...years .haha I have had this blog for a while and I finally made it to my 100th post. Yay go me! Now on to better things!

Like Jackson! He is 11 weeks old now and cuter than ever. Here is a quick update:

He is smiling
Laughing
rolling over
sucking his thump
(not sure how I feel about this...but it sure is cute)
holding his head up like a champ
eating about every 3 hours sometimes longer!
at his 8 week check up he was 10 lbs 15oz and 22.5 inches long.

He loves bath time!

Here we are before church! so cute in his little plaid shirt!

My friend Nancy got him this cute fireman onsie and fireman book. haha he is as big as the book next to him. It looks like the book could be his friend.

I am enjoying staying at home with Jackson. He is so fun and lovable. I don't want him to grow up any more. If only he can stay this little!

We were trying to take a cute picture of all of us and this was the best we could get.

It was so much fun to have Nana with us. We can't wait for her to come back at Christmas to see how much bigger Jackson will be.

Jackson is 2 months

Jackson's Aunt Danie made him this cute hat! Just in time for fall!

Jackson is now 2 months old! Time is flying. I am having so much fun staying home with this little guy everyday. My maternity leave officially is over. I am not a stay at home mom. I.love.it.

Jackson can hold his head up really well now. He still needs a little help but is doing great. He is smiling a lot. He is sleeping longer through the nights. Not quite all the way through the night, but a lot more than before. He has his 2 month check up this week so we will get his stats then.

Lost Camera

I lost my camera. I am sooooooo incredibly bummed. All I remember is that last Saturday we went out to dinner. I told Jordan to grab the camera. (you never know when you are gonna need it now that we have a baby.) He set it on the kitchen table...I put it in the diaper bag. Then went on our way. Jackson slept the whole time so I never took it out of the bag. Sunday at church I noticed it wasn't in by bag. hmm must have fallen out in the car. Nope. I called the restaurant and no one turned it in there. I am thinking it fell out somewhere and someone picked it up maybe? I have no idea. I am so sad though. I mean I have had the camera for a few years but I spent a lot of money on it, and I had taken some cute pictures on Friday and Saturday that I never loaded to the computer. :( We have other camera's but I want mine back! I pray that it will turn up somewhere. Or someone will be kind enough to return it if they found it at the restaurant. Aw man. I hate when stuff like this happens. :(

Jackson's Blessing Day

Jackson was blessed on Sunday, October 9, 2011
It was such a special day. Our families were able to come and spend the day with us. Here are a few pictures of Jackson in his cute outfit that his Aunt Danie got for him!

This was at the end of the day. Everyone was relaxing. Look at Jackson. Haha he is lounging on Carole Ann. So cute. Pretty soon we will be going to see her new little boy be blessed.

Jackson now weighs 10lbs. He is cooing so much, and starting to smile. Which is my absolute favorite. He knows his parents voices. He loves love loves to be bounced like crazy. And I don't mean baby bounces. He likes huge bounces. I guess that is what happens when you teach step aerobics for 9 months. :) He is growing everyday and I still can't believe that he is mine. We love him so much!
